My Story

While in the process of obtaining her qualification Jemila worked as a Disability Support Worker for 8 years, this has given her an increased knowledge on how to communicate with individuals who are non-verbal or limited in verbal communication.

Jemila also has a child who was born with multiple health concerns and therefore she is not just a healthcare provider but also the parent of a recipient. These experiences are what motivates and drives her in providing the very best services for her clients and their families.

Jemila is enthusiastic, creative, passionate and determined to assist clients to reach their goals and to promote independent people.

This dedication ensures that clients with vision loss and impairments are provided the very best in order to live their lives not focusing on limitations but rather on limitless possibilities.

Know that you are not just receiving therapy by a specialist but, by a mother and carer who understands the challenges of disability.
